One of my amazing clients is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Manager to join their fast-growing digital team.
In this role, you'll join a team of experienced talent managers to secure amazing opportunities for exciting digital talent. Working across brand partnerships, influencer campaigns, and a range of commercial opportunities like events, podcasts, and personal appearances.
What you'll do:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of talent
- Source and develop new talent
- Build long-term strategies to foster social media growth
- Develop and negotiate brand partnerships and influencer campaigns
- Leverage existing and new relationships with brands and agencies across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and more
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience managing talent
- Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to find and develop talent
- A solid network of brands and agencies
- A deep understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Happy to work in a fully office environment
