Job role: Senior Support Worker - Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Great Houghton, Northamptonshire
Salary: £27,785 - £30,275 per annum
Hourly rate: £13.36 - £14.56 per hour
Bonus: Opportunity to earn £1400 attendance bonus
Homes2Inspire are working in partnership with Northamptonshire Children's Trust, North Northamptonshire Council to create a new home in Great Houghton, Northamptonshire, that will provide a nurturing environment for a young male with a learning disability, ADHD and complex needs.
The home will plan a range of activities to provide engagement and be tailored to ensure he receives the support needed. He loves playing games with staff, spending time on his Xbox, listening to music, indoor gardening and exercising.
What you'll bring:
The role of a Senior Support Worker - Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs is to provide effective day-to-day guidance, oversight, and coaching to support staff, as well as working alongside the staff team directly with the young person. Senior Support Workers provide supervision to designated staff members and there will be administrative responsibilities to ensure accurate record-keeping is maintained.
