You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, and complex needs.
Where you'll be working:
Central Worthing, Rectory Road supports 3 individuals with multiple disabilities.
Offering supported living, encouraging and enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and accessing the local community & facilities.
We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our amazing team, to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.
This is a new service and we are looking to start our new team mid to late April.
