The Vacancy

Here at Wates we have an opportunity for a Senior Scheduler to join our property services team whereby you will be working on our responsive repairs and maintenance contracts. This is an office based role so ideally you need to be commutable to the Coalville area.

The focus of this role will be to lead, monitor and challenge an administrative team to deliver a quality and customer focused service ensuring that the company is efficient, safe and profitable whilst looking after the contracts as well.

Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Ability to lead a team of schedulers and administrators to maximise productivity, efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Review, monitor and challenge KPI data to identify shortfalls in the service and implement processes for continual improvement of operational excellence.
  • Full compliance with use of Operating Framework.
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships including attendance to Client Contract Meetings as and when required.
  • Manage complaints effectively to identify patterns and trends and instigate and lead on improvements of the service.

We are looking for you to have relevant team leadership skills. Scheduling/logistics from the property services/built environment would be advantageous.

To be successful in the role you be an excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve, multi-task and work to tight deadlines whilst inspiring those around you.
