An established industry player is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join their DSA team. Here on the Capita DSA team, we have an excellent opportunity for someone to join us as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist. We are looking for someone with a background in carrying out medical or DSA assessments who is looking for the next step in their career, one where they are able to work side by side with team members to drive quality, identify training needs and ensure that we are able to deliver right first-time outcomes to our clients.
This person will be responsible for reviewing the reports generated by the wider DSA team, assessing these to ensure that we have covered all of the criteria laid out for us by our client. You will also work with management within this team to flag any training needs that you have identified so that we are able to drive quality and ensure that the students that we are working with have a speedy and accurate assessment.
