Senior Project Manager – CRE Civils

Location: Eastern & Anglia Region

Reports to: Framework Manager / CEM

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – CRE Civils to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leadership role within a fast-paced environment, managing and delivering civil engineering projects to the highest standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and oversee civil engineering projects from enquiry to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence.
Manage resources, review project progress, and report updates to the Framework Manager / CEM.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and requirements.
Develop and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Identify new business opportunities and support tendering and risk review processes.
Oversee project documentation, safety inspections, incident investigations, and compliance auditing.
Act as CRE (Construction) across frameworks, driving multi-disciplinary teamwork for optimal results.

Qualifications & Experience

PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience
Proven experience working in a collaborative environment
