An established industry player is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead transformation in the Commercial Property Claims sector. Senior Product Owner – Salary circa £70,000
12 months Fixed-term contract

We are looking for individuals to play this vital role in a high-profile programme. This is a unique opportunity to be in the centre of an exciting and challenging change, develop in-depth knowledge of the claims system, and drive real value.
The Commercial Property programme aims to transform Commercial Property Claims into a data led function and the best in the market. This involves building new functionality, changing process, and developing new capabilities. All whilst using technology, data, and advanced analytics.
A bit about the job:
You will be accountable for delivering a set of linked products that align with the sponsor's vision, including IT, process changes, data, and analytics models. Typically, the investment is expected to be between £2m and £5m. Leading a development team, you will inspire them to buy into the vision and create a clear product roadmap. Collaboration with other development teams is essential to ensure the roadmap and product value are understood and integrated across the system. You will optimize product development by working closely with sponsors and SMEs, making key decisions and being available to the development team. Proactively managing stakeholders through regular governance, you will showcase progress and successes while motivating the delivery team and contributing to the wider PO community.
