About the role:

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to develop and refine innovative financial products
Identify product improvement opportunities and turn data-driven insights into actionable strategies
Define user personas, craft seamless user journeys, and ensure top-tier product-market fit
Drive the roadmap for new features, ensuring the product stays ahead of the competition

About you:

Experience in a startup environment, ideally within FinTech
Proven track record of managing the product lifecycle and launching products from concept to market
Strong ability to influence stakeholders and partners, shaping product strategy with compelling insights
Hands-on experience working closely with software engineers, designing user stories and persona mapping
