Job description

Product Manager, Digital, Global, Data, Professional Services, Remote

Join to apply for the Product Manager, Digital, Global, Data, Professional Services, Remote role at Buy Local Sundridge Ltd.

Product Owner required to join a global Professional Services business based in Central London. This is primarily a remote role, but travel may be required (to London, Europe, and the States on occasions), with reimbursement for travel and accommodation.

This role involves working on a suite of large digital products used globally by the company. It operates in a heavily regulated environment, so we are ideally looking for someone who has owned products that are subject to governance.

Experience in sectors like the Big 4, Insurance, Accountancy, or Banking is ESSENTIAL. We need someone with strong Business and Technical Stakeholder Management skills, capable of managing stakeholders globally and attending face-to-face meetings in Europe and America. A tech-heavy background with experience managing significant platforms from a Product perspective is also necessary.

As this has global coverage, there may be early/late calls. You must be prepared for this, with flexibility for scheduling when necessary. We seek someone dedicated, not looking for a strict 9 am to 5 pm position!

Experience Required

  1. At least 5 years experience as a Product Owner in a complex, professional global environment.
  2. Global experience is preferred, understanding that this role requires flexibility beyond standard hours.
  3. Data-driven with demonstrated experience using big data, analysis, and research for product decisions.
  4. Experience in developing, analysing, and designing digital products and software.
  5. Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels with excellent verbal and written communication.
  6. Strong understanding of Agile/ITIL methodologies.
  7. Proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Expertise in product lifecycle, UX/CX design, and analysis.
  9. Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (e.g. Windows 7/8/10).
  10. Familiarity with MS Office productivity and collaboration technologies (e.g. MS Office/Skype).
  11. Demonstrated teamwork, problem-solving skills, initiative, and integrity.
  12. Excellent English proficiency and interpersonal communication skills.
  13. Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline, along with entry-level vendor-aligned certification (e.g. Scrum alliance/Scrum org.) required.

This is an excellent opportunity, and salary is dependent upon experience. Apply now for more details.
