Annual salary: up to £35,190.00

About the Role:
We are now seeking a Senior Planner to join our team; delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
As a Senior Planner, you will coordinate and motivate all involved in the Responsive Repairs team. You will lead, manage, and motivate a Responsive Repairs Planning Team on a local Social Housing R&M Contract. The planning team’s core function is scheduling works orders through the in-house appointments system, allocating repair works to trade operatives and contractors whilst ensuring a safe & high-performing customer-focused service is maintained. You will strive to ensure all works are carried out with minimal average turnaround time, in compliance with Company operating procedures, and achieve all your team’s KPIs.
