Job Title: Senior Mortgage Administrator

Salary: up to £30,000 Basic + Bonuses

Location: Basildon

Swarm Recruitment is working with a directly authorised, well-established & growing mortgage firm looking to expand their team. Our clients are a dynamic and client-focused financial services provider dedicated to helping clients achieve their property and protection goals.

As a Senior Mortgage Administrator, you will be working closely and supporting the Mortgage and Protection Advisers with application and case management duties, building relationships with clients, estate agents, and solicitors, and being responsible for looking after your own case load and diary.

• Basic Salary £25,000 - £30,000

Working Hours:

• 9am-5:30pm – Monday – Friday
• No weekends
• Full-time

Desired Experience:

• Financial Services administration/mortgage processing experience/ Sales progression experience either in a mortgage or estate agency environment.
• Experience of working in an office environment.
• Excellent customer service and telephone manner
• Excellent administrative skills
• IT literate
• Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process and manage mortgage applications from decision in principle through to completion.
• Take ownership and management of tasks to successfully deliver mortgage completions.
• Work within a regulatory procedural framework – so a professional and detailed approach is necessary.
• Deliver excellent telephone and administration service to mortgage customers, lenders, and solicitors.
• Manage a number of cases and update the clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key contacts and customers.
