Senior Lettings Negotiator
£28,000 OTE £50K
Headingley

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the rental of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year Letting experience along with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  2. Conduct viewings of properties and provide detailed information to potential tenants.
  3. Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
  4. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends.
  5. Prepare marketing materials and manage online listings for properties.
  6. Organise property viewings, open houses, and promotional events.
  7. Provide administrative support including preparing contracts and managing paperwork.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Skills
  1. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties and client requests efficiently.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients.
  3. Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele.
