Senior Solutions Architect

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that align with business needs and architectural standards. This role plays a key part in shaping best practices and evolving enterprise architecture.

Translate Business Strategy into Architecture

• Design enterprise solutions that align with business goals and emerging technology trends.
• Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints.

Lead Solution Design & Analysis

• Evaluate, design, and implement solutions architecture for business applications and technologies.
• Identify technical debt and recommend improvements.

Orchestrate Solution Delivery

• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and principles.
• Assess organizational and financial impact of solutions.

Facilitate & Collaborate for Business Success

• Partner with product owners and agile teams to maintain a strong architectural foundation.
• Provide guidance to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture governance.

What We're Looking For

• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence teams and navigate organizational dynamics.
• Deep understanding of emerging technologies and agile methodologies.
• Business acumen and experience in IT budgeting.

Education & Experience

• Expertise in diverse technologies, platforms, and architectures.
• Experience with product management, agile frameworks, and roadmap development.
• Strong presentation skills for senior executives and technical teams.
