  • Coordinating activities related to Oracle ERP interfaces, including inbound/outbound data flows.
  • Facilitating Oracle-related activities during company transitions such as acquisitions, transfers, or mergers.
  • Collaborating with module owners to support data maintenance and enhancements.

Process Improvement and System Optimisation

  • Identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements for Oracle ERP.
  • Managing the Oracle ERP enhancement backlog using Microsoft DevOps to prioritise and track system improvements.
  • Ensuring best practices for Oracle ERP processes are established, maintained, and compliant with business rules.
  • Reviewing Oracle upgrades, coordinating testing, and integrating enhancements into existing processes.

User Engagement and Support

  • Lead regular review meetings with Finance SMEs and Oracle module owners, tracking outcomes, and ensuring follow-through on actions.
  • Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) phases, including training new users, creating training materials, and facilitating training sessions.
  • Recording and troubleshooting Oracle ERP issues alongside the Systems Support team and communicating updates to the user community.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Conducting regular access reviews for Oracle/Project View and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Working collaboratively with the Finance Transformation Team to support RPA and transformational system-related initiatives.
  • Managing Finance intranet pages and SharePoint sites, coordinating with SMEs across the function to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • By fostering collaboration and ensuring effective coordination of system-related activities, this role ensures the seamless operation of Finance systems and supports the broader strategic goals of the Finance function.

  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, enabling data analysis and reporting.

It would be great if you had:
