Oracle O2C Functional Consultant | Permanent | Remote/London (UK-Based)

We are seeking a skilled and driven Oracle O2C Functional Consultant to join a high-performing Oracle delivery team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the functional delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, specifically across Order-to-Cash modules, and helping clients get the most from their Oracle investment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong functional and client-facing experience, looking to work on some of the UK’s most high-profile Oracle implementations.

Key Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years' experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud solutions
2. Proven track record with at least two full lifecycle implementations
3. Hands-on expertise in Order-to-Cash modules – Receivables, Collections, Cash Management
4. Strong experience across public and private sector clients
5. Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to C-level stakeholders
6. Recognised Oracle Cloud Implementation Specialist certification preferred

Role Responsibilities

1. Lead and contribute to Oracle Cloud implementation projects in a senior, client-facing role
2. Provide guidance on Oracle Modern Best Practices and help clients maximise out-of-the-box functionality
3. Build, validate, and present solution designs to technical and business stakeholders
4. Manage individual work packages, support pre-sales, and contribute to architectural discussions
5. Deliver high-quality project outcomes through strong planning, leadership, and stakeholder engagement
