Job Description

  • Front Line AV service support in a complex environment
  • Experience troubleshooting Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet in a wide range of environments
  • Experience providing AV support in Live environments/events
  • Strong understanding of AV Codecs
  • Diligently conduct and record the results of daily, weekly & monthly proactive tests across meeting rooms
  • Provide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and software
  • Support of key engineering applications at use within the business
  • Move workstations and peripherals, as required
  • Receive and provide required equipment (Install and set up equipment, cables, outlets and all other hardware) IMAC (installs/moves/add/changes)
  • (Desktops/Laptops) - Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Audio-Visual systems and technologies

Job Requirements:
  • 5 Years' experience in an IT Support Role
  • Candidates need to be flexible, efficient, and able to work independently
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills [English]
  • Ability to multitask
  • Team focused
  • Ability to troubleshoot and stay calm under pressure
  • Proficient with 'Remote Worker' technology, accessibility troubleshooting skills
  • Some hardware support experience required e.g. installing memory/hard drives
