PSR Solutions is recruiting for our client who are a well-established Tier 2 contractor with a strong presence in the construction industry. They are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join their team, reporting directly to the Regional Director. Projects include Extra Care, High-Rise, Industrial, and Refurbishments, with values up to £50m. Based out of their Birmingham office, occasional travel outside the West Midlands may be required.

Senior Contracts Manager Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple large-scale projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and on schedule.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Develop strategic plans, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.

Senior Contracts Manager Requirements

• Extensive experience in contract management within construction, ideally across Extra Care, High-Rise, Industrial, and Refurbishment.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-value projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across various locations when required.
• Over 5 Years of Experience as a Contracts Manager within a Main Contractor in the commercial sector.
