Title: Senior Commercial Manager

Salary: £42k + 40% + quarterly & annual bonuses

Location: London (5 days in office)

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for securing high-value deals? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing key accounts and developing strategic partnerships? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to drive revenue and sponsorship sales across a well-established B2B exhibition in a specialist sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and digital media to a mix of existing clients and new business prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the full sales cycle, from lead to closing deals across exhibition space, sponsorship, and digital revenue streams.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and key stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience before, during, and after the event.
  3. Staying ahead of industry trends, identifying new revenue opportunities, and attending relevant events to expand networks.
  4. Working towards revenue targets, providing regular sales reports, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of commercial agreements.

The Ideal Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in B2B exhibition sales, media sales, or sponsorship sales.
  2. Strong new business development and account management skills.
  3. Ability to create tailored sponsorship and exhibitor packages to align with client objectives.
  4. Commercially driven, proactive, and results-focused.
  5. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  6. Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
