Job description
Business Travel Consultant - Touring Specialist - Required for this expanding independent based in the West End. Home-based, hybrid or office-based, salary between £40,000 - £48,000. Previous touring, entertainment, or TV experience is a must.
Business Travel Touring Specialist Duties
- Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all times.
- Handle air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters providing full dedicated support to all customers using Sabre.
- Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the role, prioritizing workload and delivering within given deadlines.
- Ensure client budgets and specific requirements are met.
- Process any administrative tasks including accounting queries, promptly and accurately.
Business Travel Touring Specialist Skills Required
- Ideally touring experience, but they will consider film or TV experience.
- Ideally Sabre knowledge, but they are more than happy to cross-train.
- Would prefer hybrid, but happy with home-based for the right candidate.
- Hours of work: 10am to 6pm.
