We are working with a Main Contractor that handles a variety of projects in different sectors. This role will specifically focus on hospitals, energy centres, and large industrial schemes. The company has maintained a strong reputation in the market for the past 40 years. This is an opportunity to work alongside the Head of Building Services and contribute to team growth, with a solid pipeline of work prompting the search for a suitable Senior M&E Manager.

Role and Responsibilities of the Senior Building Services Manager

The business has been awarded a solid pipeline of work and needs the right people to deliver these schemes. The selected candidate will manage design, delivery, commissioning, and the handover process of all aspects of Building Services in a construction environment. This role will involve close collaboration with pre-construction and commercial teams and will be client-facing, requiring regular meetings with clients and sub-contractors. A strong commercial awareness from a services perspective is essential. This opportunity is significant for the right person, with plans for them to eventually run the division as outlined by the Head of Building Services.

A salary of £80,000 to £90,000 plus a package is on offer for the selected individual, along with additional benefits provided by the company.
