SAP HR/Payroll Consultant

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP HR/Payroll Consultant.

This role requires the use of an FCSA umbrella company.

The focus of the role is the enhancement and support of the existing SAP human capital management (HCM) solutions.

Job Description:

1. Be able to work in a multi supplier environment to deliver projects and resolve high priority Live Service issues.
2. Configure SAP for HCM solutions according to industry best practices.
3. Prepare quality documentation artefacts such as Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEFs, etc.
4. Work within an experienced team, reporting to an Engagement Manager.
5. Be able to impact your work and provide estimates for its delivery.
6. Support and liaise closely with your corresponding client teams to resolve issues, provide solutions, and offer support to meet contractual obligations.
7. Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. Be able to mentor and support the development of your team.

Key Technical Skills:

1. An experienced SAP HCM consultant who has gained experience from working through multiple project life cycles and in Live Support environments.
2. A team player with strong functional HCM knowledge (in Payroll, Personnel Admin., Time Mgmt., and Country Legal Changes) and broader technical awareness (in things such as Workflow, ABAP, BASIS, Security, Integration, etc.).
3. Innovative and open-minded in your thinking with a passion for change and dynamic working in a team providing a first-class service to our client.
4. Must have UK Payroll experience in current project good knowledge in end-to-end Payroll processing and Year end processing.
5. Expertise in writing Payroll PCR SCHEMA is a must. Good knowledge on interfaces to Third Party vendors.
6. Ability to work independently and provide reliable solutions to customers. Other country Payroll experience would be an added advantage.
7. Very good written and verbal communication skills.
