We’re looking for a talented Senior Salesforce Technical Solution Architect to join our Salesforce Revenue Cloud team. In this role, you’ll lead high-impact projects, work closely with clients, and provide expert guidance on Salesforce CPQ, Contracts, and Billing solutions. The Role

As a key member of the Salesforce Revenue Cloud team, you will need to judge the tradeoffs with technology and feasibility and make choices that fit the constraints of the project while facilitating business process analysis sessions, developing, and delivering key components of Salesforce Revenue Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Works directly with clients/business leaders/process owners to lead projects and work on Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Contracts/Billing) solution.
2. Ability to guide customers towards uses of standard out-of-the-box software functionality to meet business requirements instead of relying on custom code solutions. Understand platform limitations and design alternatives to work around limitations.
3. Provide pre-sales support as requested. Participate in potential customer proof of concept (POC).
4. Ability to lead/facilitate design and modeling sessions with the client.
5. Lead the creation of project deliverables, spanning from process to system design elements with an emphasis on functional and technical design.
6. Functioning as Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ+Contracts+Billing) product specialist within the organization and industry. Participate in various communities and speak at industry events.
7. Help to set up Salesforce Revenue Cloud center of excellence as part of TCS Salesforce Quote-to-Cash practice.
8. Understand, design, supervise, and create technical configurations using Configuration products' tools, languages, scripts-based technologies.
9. Ability to design, implement, and test leading-edge Quote and Product Configuration integrations with SFDC.
10. If needed, coordinate developer tasks on large projects; lead design and code reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
11. Provides guidance on all phases of SDLC and the impact of Salesforce CPQ & Billing, as needed.
12. Guide and provide mentorship/enablement to the Quote to Cash Practice team.
13. Willingness to travel (up to 75% of time).

Required Skills and Experience:

1. A proven Senior Salesforce Technical Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) product, and with 10+ years of design/architect experience and at least 5 full life cycle Salesforce.com implementations, with strong expertise in at least two of the following areas/modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud with mandatory experience in Salesforce CPQ+Billing / Conga application – Must Have.
2. At least 3 project implementations with Salesforce CPQ, Contracts and Billing that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of the Salesforce platform – MUST Have.
3. Strong functional knowledge of Lead to Cash process with expertise in Quote-to-Cash, Configuration, Product Catalog/modeling, Pricing, Quoting and CLM functional areas – Must Have.
4. Understand customer technical requirements and map these into Salesforce CPQ, Contracts and Billing architectural capabilities.
5. Share best practices and be consultative to clients throughout the duration of the project- act as a trusted partner. Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings with the customer.
6. Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Billing Academy and Quote to cash certification – Must Have.
7. Salesforce platform developer/admin certification including 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, VisualForce, and Force.com.
