Job description

Our client is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join a dynamic team supporting Travel Agents and Sales Managers across the UK & EMEA. This role involves maintaining and updating travel agency databases, assisting with system logins, managing trade promotions, processing legal agreements, and liaising with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and update travel agency databases, including setting up new accounts and processing changes
  2. Assist with system support, resolving login issues, and ensuring smooth automation processes
  3. Create and execute tactical trade promotions
  4. Manage onboarding for new agencies and maintain existing memberships
  5. Process legal agreements and liaise with commercial and legal teams
  6. Support vendor setup and invoice processing
  7. Assist with trade incentive approvals and marketing sign-offs
  8. Handle multiple inboxes and communicate effectively with travel partners and vendors

Skills & Experience Required

  1. Strong administrative and analytical skills
  2. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  3. Strong relationship-building and communication skills (written & verbal)
  4. Highly motivated, with a positive "can-do" attitude
  5. Ability to work across different markets and time zones
  6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) – knowledge of Versonix Seaware is a plus
