Andretti Formula E are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join their growing motorsport team.

As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of the sales function, helping to research and generate new prospect leads. You will be the driving force behind sales processes, ensuring that all sales activities are handled smoothly and that there is a strong pipeline of prospects for the sales team to contact based on a sound knowledge of the Andretti Formula E sales proposition and through high-quality research.

Your expertise will contribute significantly to maintaining our ranking as a high-performance sales team within the electric motorsport industry. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales representatives, management, and other departments to build up a strong pipeline of prospects and to help put together compelling sales materials. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team with research for lead generation purposes and follow-up activities.
  • Research and sponsorship deck writing.
  • Responsibility for the creation of initial outreach and bespoke partnership sales decks through graphic design, presentation of imagery and other tools concisely portraying what is wanted from a sales perspective using graphics and copywriting skills.
  • Using creative thinking, put together a combination of images, copywriting and strategic thinking to create a compelling sales proposition by looking at prospective brands and working out how a brand could benefit from a partnership with Andretti using the platform of the FIA Formula E World Championship.
  • Manage any in-bound inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure the enquirer's satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales records accurately.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and project proposals as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling for sales events and meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of any materials required to complete contracts for clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the motorsport industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software, with strong image creation, graphic design and photo editing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
