What You’ll Be Doing:

This role is all aboutengaging with customers—no cold calling, just meaningful conversations with people who have already shown interest in our services.

Inbound Calls:

• Answer calls from clients and direct them to the right department (Sales, Customer Service, or Retentions).

• Provide outstanding customer service, ask the right questions, and set clear expectations for callbacks if needed.

Outbound Calls (Where You Earn Commission!):

• Call clients who have made an inquiry about Private Medical Insurance—no cold calling!

• Introduce them to our services and transfer them to a Sales Adviser.

• Earn£30-£50 commissionfor every transferred call that converts into a sale!

Your Working Hours:

You’ll work on a6-week rotating shift pattern, including a mix of start times to suit different lifestyles. Shifts range from8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM).
