Sales Manager - Water Treatment - Glasgow

1. Up to £60k base salary (negotiable)
2. OTE £70k (Uncapped)

What's the job?

1. Based from home, you will join as a Water Treatment Sales Manager, covering Scotland.
2. Manage a team of 5-6 Account Managers.
3. You will have responsibility to hire and develop an ongoing growth strategy.
4. You're supported by fantastic marketing, technical, and operational teams.

Experience needed?

1. You will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience managing sales teams with a proven track record.
2. As a Sales Manager, you will have a demonstrable track record of growing sales teams and new business development.
3. Deep experience in sales, ideally in the water treatment, environmental, or industrial sectors.
4. Experience dealing with large projects is essential.
5. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
