As a Sales Manager, you’ll be making all the difference to the business, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work with you every day. You’ll be negotiating contracts and closing agreements, and delivering excellence to all of our customers and clients as part of a vibrant team. To help you and your team succeed, you will complete and execute the sales plan, ensuring it is in line with the strategy and the hotel business needs.

You’ll be covering Sales at Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham, getting yourself out there in the cities to develop an in-depth understanding of the local hotel markets to increase revenue and maximise profit.

You will base yourself at Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham, and you will have the opportunity to work from home once a week.

  • Use appropriate business tools and CRM system to better forecast annual budgets and track key account metrics
  • Have previous hotel Sales experience and a genuine passion for the Hospitality industry
