Job description

Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Armagh to recruit a Senior Sales Executive for a candidate with experience in Truck sales.

Our client is one of Ireland's largest Commercial Truck & Plant Sales Companies and this sale role plays a pivotal part in the business dealing with primarily the Truck sales.

Typical Duties of Sales Executive, but not limited to:

  • Using your in-depth knowledge on a range of commercial vehicle fleet- generate and manage new sales leads, prospects and customers.
  • Ability to generate and close Sales Deals.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through developing new and existing customer relationships.
  • Manage the preparation and handover of sale items to customers - delivering exceptional levels of customer service at all times.
  • Ability to sell New & Used Fleet Items.
  • Carry out accurate appraisals of items offered for part exchange.
  • Maintain market awareness, demonstrate an awareness of industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities ensuring you remain competitive in the marketplace.
  • As part of a wider sales team, help initiate sales strategies/campaigns to maximise sales.

Criteria

  • Must have 5 years minimum sales/ rentals experience in similar industry (motor/commercial vehicle sales).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer focused approach.
  • Self-driven with results orientated mindset, eager to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and staff.
  • Full driving Licence.
