We’re growing our sales team at Goodwater, a leading company in the water treatment industry, and we’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Executive / Assistant to join us. The Role

As a Sales Executive / Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our sales team, engaging with clients, and managing essential sales processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn a new industry, receive structured and supportive training whilst developing your career in sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and customer reports.
  2. Managing customer enquiries, ensuring a smooth sales process and excellent service.
  3. Assisting in coordinating and processing orders, ensuring timely delivery.
  4. Building relationships with clients, both over the phone and in person.
  5. Attending client meetings with senior team members to gain first-hand sales experience.
  6. Developing your knowledge of water treatment products and industry best practices through comprehensive training.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds, but experience in sales support, customer service, or a client-facing role is highly desirable. More than experience, we’re looking for someone with:

  1. Strong communication skills – confident on the phone and in person.
  2. A recent graduate in Business, Marketing or similar would be advantageous.
  3. A proactive and motivated attitude – eager to learn and grow.
  4. Excellent organisation skills – able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  5. The ability to build strong client relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
  6. A full UK driving licence – occasional travel may be required.

Location & Working Hours

  1. Office-based in Wokingham.
  2. Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (1 hour lunch break)
