Salary: Basic Salary £20,000 pa. plus commission plus company vehicle and benefits. As you develop and gain more experience, you can look forward to earning between £40k and £45k with uncapped earning potential.

Are you looking for an opportunity to begin a career in Sales? Would you like to work with an established motor retailer, supporting a fast-paced business by delivering a premium customer experience?

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate trainee vehicle sales professional to join our expanding Volkswagen Van Centre sales team selling our range of new and used vehicles. Ideal applicants will come from a retail sales background and must have a stable career history. Full training will be given, and you will be expected to attend courses to further your skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading dealer group that values its employees; this is a long-term career opportunity for the right candidate.

What we are looking for someone who has:
  • Previous, proven experience of working within a customer-focused sales environment
  • Warm and friendly personality portraying a professional image to all customers (both face to face and over the phone)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Know and understand how important it is to use social media, video, and chat platforms to engage with customers, and you’re not afraid to use them.
  • Must possess a full, clean driving licence – no drink driving convictions for insurance purposes
Hours of Work:
  • Monday to Friday with an alternate Saturday
  • 8.30am to 6pm weekdays
  • Saturdays 8.30am to 5pm
