Hillfox Produce Limited is a leading supplier of seasonal produce ranging from root vegetables to specialist salads, providing direct deliveries across the UK to wholesalers, processors, caterers, and secondary wholesalers. Established in 1991, the company has developed to provide outlets for local and imported produce to a growing customer base with the flexibility to source from a wide range of suppliers. We are currently seeking an experienced sales director in fresh produce to join our on-site team located in Evesham in the South Midlands.

Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Director role based on-site in Evesham, with the responsibility of managing a team of sales professionals and developing new business opportunities. The Sales Director must have fresh produce experience in the wholesale/ food service sector and will be accountable for sales operations and customer service whilst setting strategic objectives and developing plans to ensure the company's growth in line with its aspirations. The Sales Director will be expected to establish and build long-lasting relationships with key players in the market, develop and lead sales campaigns, and oversee the delivery of products and services. The successful applicant must be fully familiar with the fresh produce sector.
