HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As a lead brand ambassador for Montblanc Harrods, you are responsible for welcoming clients to the boutique, introducing them to the heritage of our maison and ultimately setting an exemplary standard of customer experience and level of performance. As a Sales Associate, you will support the Boutique Manager on a daily basis and take on ad-hoc managerial responsibility in their absence. Duties will include overseeing all concession operations and BOH tasks, handling shopfloor cover, monitoring KPIs and driving business opportunities for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Boutique Performance

  1. Achievement of sales, profit and strategic objectives.
  2. Development of sales and profit initiatives to develop the business.
  3. Regular sales and other KPI reporting.
  4. Implementation of brand guidelines (visual merchandising, brand image, customer service standards, product launch guidelines).

Retail Operations

  1. Inventory management and regular level control.
  2. Accurate management of all till operations.
  3. IT system maintenance and reporting.
  4. Ensuring adherence to all security policies and procedures.
  5. Reporting all repair and maintenance issues, ensuring follow-up for the boutique.

Client Experience and Development

  1. Always ensure impeccable customer service.
  2. Actively promote the brand CRM strategy.
  3. Execution of all planned activities in the boutique.
  4. Relationship management of all VIP customers.
  5. Assisting the Boutique Manager with all customer service and client topics.
  6. Promotion of corporate business gift opportunities.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You will play an essential part in the smooth running of our boutique and seamless customer journey. With this responsibility in mind, you will need to have an authentic approach with clients and demonstrate strong communication skills.

We are looking for individuals who are naturally proactive and take initiative. Often our boutiques are extremely busy environments, so having the ability to remain calm under pressure is key. It is vital that this individual has previous experience dealing with clients from an array of backgrounds and cultures, in order to support Selfridges' internationally diverse customer base.

The existing team would welcome a co-operative colleague, who contributes in all daily operations and additional projects. As a Sales Associate, you will also be required to support the management team with additional tasks and execute managerial duties in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
