Sales Administrator
Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on skills and abilities)
Permanent opportunity
Location: Wrexham

The Role:
Sales Administrator required for a family-run organisation that designs and manufactures components within the automotive sector.

Sales Administrator responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with customers (telephone, email, and face to face).
  2. Process customer purchase orders, upload details on a CRM system, and general administration.
  3. Provide customer service with order progress, handling complaints, and dealing with account issues.
  4. Assist with the despatch of orders as well as planning the despatch of goods.
  5. Assist with stock control and replenishment.
  6. Assist with updating the website and other marketing media.
  7. Attend trade shows.

Sales Administrator requirements:
  1. Excellent Customer Service skills.
  2. Understanding of Bills of Material.
  3. The ability to close a sale.
  4. Excellent IT skills.
  5. Background in warehouse and stock experience would be useful.
  6. Experience of shipping goods abroad would be beneficial but not essential.

The Company:
Lead designer and manufacturer of components within the automotive industry. This role offers progression opportunities into a more senior capacity.
