About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join my client's team at a franchised dealership in Preston. In this key role, you will support the sales team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth vehicle transactions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing vehicle orders and invoices efficiently.
  • Ensuring all necessary documentation is in place for vehicle taxation and customer handovers.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and liaising with manufacturers on stock and financial data.
  • Providing management with relevant reports and updates.
