Safeguarding Quality Assurance Assessor
Location: Home Based with occasional site visits in London
Salary: £37,200-£45,000
Hours: Monday-Friday 40 hours per week 8.30am-5pm
Contract Type: Permanent
Purpose of the Role:
Our client, a leading housing solutions provider, is seeking a Safeguarding Quality Assurance Assessor to ensure safeguarding practices align with internal and customer frameworks. The role involves working with subcontractors, Regional Safeguarding Leaders, and Operations Teams to monitor and enhance safeguarding standards, providing assurance to senior management. The postholder will drive service improvement, embed best practices, foster a positive safeguarding culture, and ensure high-quality standards.
The successful candidate must be able to travel by car or public transport and will be required to undergo a DBS check and Counter Terrorism Clearance (CTC) as part of the role's requirements.
