Job Title: Reward Specialist (15440)
Contract: 12 Month Secondment
Location: Luton
Team: Reward Operations Team
The Reward Specialist is an important member of the Reward Operations Team, helping to deliver key Reward activities and cyclical plans. Reporting to the Reward Operations Manager and working alongside Reward Analysts and Reward Partners, this role will lead or support a range of ongoing reward tasks, such as annual merit reviews, statutory reporting, salary surveys, share scheme administration, flexible benefits renewals, staff travel, and pension management across the network.
Responsibilities:
You’ll manage and oversee the delivery of reward activities, providing expert advice and support for any escalated Reward queries from the HR Service Centre. You’ll guide the payroll team, business HR, and HR Service Centre on key scheme rules and processes. Your tasks will include:

You’ll bring experience managing compensation and benefits in a multinational business, with strong Excel skills and a good understanding of HR frameworks and tools. Knowledge of Workday (or similar HR systems) and Reward systems is a plus. You’ll be able to:
