Do you enjoy supporting clients with their people agenda, but feel pigeonholed in your current position? Then this could be the one for you!
I’m delighted to be supporting one of my clients to make a number of hires. All of these have arisen as a result of realized or anticipated growth, making it an exciting time to join them. Opportunities exist at Assistant Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager level. The roles will ideally be based in London (hybrid working is on offer); however, there are also team members in Manchester and Newcastle, so these locations will also be considered.
This team works with a range of clients, predominantly within the financial services sector; however, it also works with some household names outside of this sector. It has a particularly strong track record of working with mid-tier asset managers, fintechs, and challenger/disrupter banks. Your role will be truly varied, from supporting clients with executive compensation including strategy design, LTIPs, executive benchmarking, rem com, etc., to compliance including pay transparency and gender pay gap reporting, to strategy including some large reward transformation projects. This team also does some HR due diligence and M&A transactions. The breadth of work on offer is unique, and the other aspect that sets this team apart is the perspectives and experience of colleagues – it not only consists of individuals who have worked within the profession, however, also those who have held senior reward roles in-house, differentiating itself for both clients and employees.
If you currently work in an employment tax or share plans role in a Big 4 or Tier A firm and wish to broaden your experience outside of tax to deal with broader reward issues, then please do reach out for a confidential discussion on sarahreid@brewermorris.com.
