Base pay range
Executive Assistant to CEO. Corporate with some Family work too.
Location: Fully Remote
The role will be 100% remote – working from home – but will require occasional European travel.
Our client, although London based, will be working globally in different timezones.
The Role:
To support a CEO. The ideal person for the job will have the ability to work without supervision, be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. He/she will have previous experience performing administrative duties and providing support to high-level management in both a corporate office and also a private family office. He/she will need to be confident in diary management across different time zones. You will have plenty of experience supporting a CEO / HNWI across different countries.
Objectives of this Role
With a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO on a professional and personal level, and making sure his life runs efficiently.
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure his priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other personal logistics.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management.
- Perform administrative support.
- Manage personal bills and expenses.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with business and personal matters.
Skills needed
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an EA ideally within both a Private Family Office as well as a Corporate office reporting directly to a CEO / executive management.
- Experience working for a globally active CEO and immediate family.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects at once.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Self-sufficient – can work remotely but have the flexibility to travel if need be.
- Willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
