An established industry player is seeking a Residential Surveyor to join their team in Leeds. As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out detailed Residential Valuation Reports and various Survey work, including Level 1, 2, and 3 Surveys. Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:
- Basic salary ranging from £50,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
- Carrying out Residential Valuation Reports and Survey work – Level 1,2 and 3 Surveys
Requirements for Residential Surveyor role:
- Experience as a practising Surveyor
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Experience in Party Walls and Dilapidations preferable.
- Minimum AssocRICS qualified
