ZERO HOURS Residential Valuation Surveyor - Scotland

We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents in addition to private customers. e.surv is the UK’s leading provider of residential valuation and surveying services and brings technical expertise and award-winning know-how to complement our in-depth knowledge of local markets.

We are seeking additional RICS accredited Residential Surveyors nationwide, to support the growing volume of Mortgage Valuation work that the UK’s leading lenders rely on Walker Fraser Steele to complete. Our size and the large network of lenders we service allows us to offer the most concise postcode coverage available amongst any of the corporate brands, meaning less travel time between surveys and more time to complete the day job.

• Selkirk/Galashiels
• Stranraer/Girvan

About you:

You’ll need to be a RICS registered valuer with at least one-year post-qualification experience in residential surveying. This should include a mix of experience completing Mortgage Valuations and Home Reports.
