TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established and highly regarded high street law firm in Bridgend looking to expand its Residential Property team with the addition of an experienced Conveyancer. With deep roots in the local community and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services, the firm offers a friendly and supportive working environment with long-term career progression.

The Role:
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. The caseload will include a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and help-to-buy transactions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and successful team that values attention to detail, strong communication, and client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing files with minimal supervision
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
• Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries
• Managing transactions through to exchange and completion
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner
• Proven experience managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A proactive and organised approach to file management
• Strong knowledge of the local property market is desirable but not essential
