Job description

We are seeking experienced and qualified Residential Conveyancers to support multiple prestigious clients across the South-West. The roles provide essential cover during holiday leave for permanent staff, with contracts operating on a rolling basis. The positions generally offer fully remote working and the opportunity to manage varied caseloads.

Working Arrangement:

• Fully remote or Hybrid
• Flexible working hours available.

Hourly Rate:

• Competitive, dependent on experience (outside IR35).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX qualified.
• Strong experience in residential conveyancing.
• Confident in handling cases independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Providing expert legal advice, ensuring seamless property transactions for clients.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents with precision.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties to facilitate a smooth transaction process.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and compliance with legal regulations.
