About the Role:

Xpress Health is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and support our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in the UK. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth, expand our client base, and ensure sales targets are met. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDRs to maximize performance and professional growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Product, and Customer Support) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
