Regional Head of Service

Location: Liverpool
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £60,000 Basic per annum + Uncapped Bonus
Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Head of Service to oversee and lead service operations across a designated region for a well-established commercial vehicle business. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to drive operational excellence, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and manage a team of service leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing service operations on a regional scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the entire service function, ensuring efficiency and operational excellence.
2. Develop and communicate a clear departmental vision, driving performance and standards.
3. Lead from the front with a hands-on approach, fostering a positive and open team culture.
4. Manage workshop operations, ensuring effective loading, scheduling, and control.
5. Ensure compliance with all company and industry standards, including quality and environmental policies.
6. Provide training and support to maintain high levels of customer service.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
8. Achieve and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance service standards.
9. Identify and implement operational improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
10. Develop and sustain a strong team culture in alignment with company values.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Extensive experience in the commercial vehicle or automotive sector.
2. Background in the commercial truck market, ideally with experience in brands such as DAF, Mercedes, Scania, or Volvo.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
4. Excellent communication skills with a commitment to professionalism, customer service, and operational efficiency.
