General Summary:

This role focuses on building EMEA Retail Channel Marketing programs, primarily in the UK. It involves collaboration with global marketing teams, sales teams, and channel partners to execute a successful Consumer Channel strategy for Qualcomm.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for UK and Nordics retail channel partners.
  • Align campaigns with retail marketing counterparts, PC OEMs, and OS partner leads.
  • Maintain relationships with channel marketing and OEM retail marketing teams.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget.
  • Optimize, track, and report on campaign performance.
  • Ensure brand compliance and maintain records of past campaigns.
  • Innovate new marketing opportunities and methods.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Experience in consumer PC marketing and digital eCommerce channel programs.
  • Proven track record in executing global marketing strategies in local retail environments.
  • Strong collaborative and leadership skills.

Level of Responsibility:

  • Work independently with no supervision.
  • Make critical decisions impacting program success.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and performance standards.
  • Influence long-term business plans and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
  • OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
  • OR High school diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
