The Opportunity
Join our dynamic HR team as a Recruitment Adviser, where you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent. Working across all five of our offices, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. If you're currently in an agency role and seeking to transition to an in-house position or looking to further enhance your recruitment skills, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.
You'll also take ownership of Emerging Talent recruitment, working closely with the Training Adviser to lead the recruitment of graduates and apprentices, ensuring we continue to attract and develop the next generation of talent at Old Mill.
