Recruitment Account Manager

Location: Bolton

Salary: circa £32,000 - £40,000 Basic DOE + £8k OTE Bonus

Due to rapid growth, we are now expanding our Client Account Management team to help us effectively meet our client's hiring demands.

As an Account Manager you will:

  1. Be the go-to person for some of the UK's most recognised organisations, building strong client relationships founded on trust and delivery.
  2. Deliver first-class talent solutions by collaborating with our Recruiters to find the perfect match for roles.
  3. Drive account performance and growth by identifying new opportunities and maximising client profitability.
  4. Develop creative direct-sourcing strategies, using platforms like LinkedIn, social media, and CV databases to attract the best talent.
  5. Adopt project management principles to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale hiring programmes.

  2. Experienced in recruitment, candidate resourcing, and client delivery.
  3. Committed to world-class service delivery for our clients, by motivating our Candidate Recruiters to source the best available talent at all times.
  4. Motivated to grow and develop our client relationships and land quality new business deals by partnering with our Sales & Marketing team.
  5. Business development focused and driven to implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  6. Motivated to build and maintain strong relationships with lapsed and existing clients while identifying opportunities to generate repeat business.
  7. Committed to engaging with our Digital Marketing team in the design, development, and implementation of innovative direct-sourcing strategies including job adverts and the use of platforms such as LinkedIn, CV databases, talent pooling, networking, social media, etc.
  8. Actively seek opportunities to visit our clients to undertake review meetings to build strong relationships.
