Job description

Job Location: Near Queen Square, Bristol, BS1

Job Type: 6-month contract

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

We are working alongside a global Consultancy who have multiple office locations around the UK and Australia. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a 6-month contract based from their offices near Queen Square, Bristol.

Within this role, your duties will include but are not limited to:
  1. Maintaining a professional and effective reception service
  2. Meeting and greeting visitors
  3. Issuing and managing visitor passes
  4. Answering telephone calls, being the first port of call
  5. Arranging taxis for staff and visitors
  6. Managing and undertaking meeting room bookings, ensuring all equipment is available and set up
  7. Catering bookings and ensuring meeting rooms are fully stocked & supplied
  8. Management of incoming and outgoing post and organising couriers
  9. General Administration

The successful applicant will possess the following skills / experience:
  1. Experience of working on a reception desk in a professional fast-paced environment
  2. An outgoing, friendly personality with a desire to meet new people
  3. Excellent IT skills
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  5. Ability to effectively prioritise different demands on limited time
