Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
Have working knowledge of telephone during and after hours.
May vary, earliest start time is 7.30am, latest finish time 6pm.
We are a friendly GP practice with 10 doctors, 4 nurses, and a large admin and reception team, based in Kippax Leeds. We have 3 sites, one of which is a dispensing practice.
JOB SUMMARY:
