An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a PSA Project Sales Manager within Honeywell UOP located in Bracknell, UK. Reporting to the Regional Project Sales Director, this position will be responsible for delivering and growing revenue and associated margin from PSA sales to the refining, petrochemical, gas processing, renewables and other manufacturing industries in the Europe, Africa, Turkey and Central Asia (EATCA) region.

Honeywell UOP's operations for EATCA are headquartered in Bracknell, UK. Honeywell UOP's global headquarters are based in Rosemont, Illinois, USA. Honeywell UOP is a leading international licensor of process technologies, and supplier of catalysts, adsorbents, process plants, and services to the petroleum refining, petrochemical, gas processing industries and sustainable technologies. Honeywell UOP is a wholly owned subsidiary of Honeywell International, Inc. and is part of Honeywell's Energy and Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business group.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Developing a clear understanding of assigned projects, in particular with respect to project specific business drivers.
  2. Developing and maintaining good working relationships with key customer personnel involved in equipment purchasing and key personnel within relevant engineering contractors and industry consulting groups.
  3. Strong collaboration with project sales managers and account managers engaged with the client to date.
  4. Positioning of relevant process technologies and equipment offerings with a view to ensuring UOP's success as well as maximizing sales revenue.
  5. Developing strategies and value propositions for assigned projects in consultation with sales management, sales support groups, and the other SBU's whose products or services are involved.
  6. Playing a lead role in the negotiation and closure of equipment projects.
  7. Preparing of won/lost reports for all sales events assigned.

Skills & Attributes:
  1. Delivering financial targets, including sales revenue, cost of sales and services, and account receivables.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with customers with PSA opportunities and European EPC's assigned by Regional Sales Director.
  3. Manage the preparation of equipment project specific sales strategies, proposals, commercial arrangements and closure of sales consistent with Honeywell policies.
  4. Knowledge of UOP Technologies and Engineered Products.
  5. Knowledge of business models. Ability to proactively promote customer interest in UOP equipment solutions.
  6. Sound understanding of complex and value selling.
